The missus was the first to try the new over-the-bath shower yesterday afternoon. I was cooking directly below when drips appeared on the back burner, then on my head, then further back, coming out of the light fitting. Her weight had split the wall-to-bath seal.

I spent hours removing the quadrant tiling, removing all the old silicone, then sealing the gap. It has gone-off now, so I just have to put on a second layer before refitting the quadrants. The whole house smells of vinegar.
