I favour the nuclear option and take it from there, the rest of the family think otherwise although they're not the mug having to do the haggling. Unfortunately there's only one winner if I want an easy life
I'm seriously considering the multi phone call approach to save time on hanging up and starting again to get UK. What a faff to try to get a reasonable deal.
