i did mine through the virgin media community forum to avoid having to take a chance on who i'd speak to. very helpful people. paying an extra £20 but i figured it would go up as i was on a very cheap deal before and I've still got TNT Sports.

have managed to get a lot of credit on my account due to a misunderstanding with the original contract. So fairly happy with everything. Now i have 360 tv so i can watch all the red button action.
