For info, did manage to get through to a UK call centre. Late morning seems to be the time. Got a fairly identical to deal/price to the one I'm on, but had to push/reject initial offers, as ever. Desperately tried to get rid of TNT for more of a discount, but that didn't work for some bizarre billing/ deal reason. Still on Maxit too, not Mega.
