You may have Meniere's disease, but sounds unlikely (one of the symptoms is ringing in the ears but its usually accompanied with vertigo).

Tinnitus can be caused by damage to the inner ear where sound waves are converted to nerve impulses, but it can be caused by other things too.

You may just need your ears cleaning - but don't go sticking anything in it as that could make any blockage worse.

Go and seek proper medical advice.
