Ah, okay. I thought those who'd received the email had the channels removed last night and needed to opt back in to receive the channels again.
Edit: It does appear that the channels have been removed from some customers this morning. The forum is already getting complaints:

Strange to do this on a weekend when you traditionally have fewer customer service staff working to deal with the inevitable enquiries it will generate.
