I can’t help you if you won’t read or address what’s actually stated in my posts where at no point did I say Virgin (or anyone else) were an actual monopoly. However, as I’m sure you will know from hundreds of years of business running through your veins, you don’t need to be an actual monopoly to be regulated.
Thankfully, Ofcom and others don’t share your naive view of how the telecoms market should be regulated - investigating, issuing warnings and fines as appropriate throughout the industry despite “choice”.

Although not specific to Virgin Media the vast majority of the people affected by the behaviour in the article below would have had “choice”. Yet Ofcom, rightly, intervenes in the consumer interest.
