My moan is that Hubby has been locked out of on line banking because he used the wrong pin. We have phoned the Bank about this, the first time was over 3 weeks ago. They said they would send a new security PIN, which did not arrive. Second call we made yesterday, answered once again the never ending questions, he said he would send another code. Code came today with no in structions on how to use it, 45 minutes after speaking to yet another Bank person and getting absolutely nowhere, I asked to speak to their line manager, someone came on the line and said they were unable to hear us and for us to call back. Our nearest branch is 16 miles away and we have no car. Time to change banks me thinks.
