What personal information ?
If you're really that paranoid, just use a fake name etc, and throwaway email, its not like they check.

I have a samsung account, and I've never received any emails from them, the only thing I use it for is backups of my Tablet & Phone.
[ You get so much free space with the account ].

Every so often it notifies me, asking me to agree to their "Updated T&Cs", I just dismiss it, the backups and updates still work fine.
