Yep, trying to sort that out now with the vets. The cat had to go to 2 vets. One of those Vets put the insurance claim through on our behalf then billed us for it without signing the consent form. The other want us to go down a pay in full then put the claim through. Both are part of the same company though. So at the mo it's been a bit of a mess. Not exactly what we wanted after the loss our beloved cat.

I did have a scare earlier he wriggled free and jumped, luckily it was his food drawer he landed in.
he was in flight mode, i managed to pick him back up and he bit me.
My fault, I should have left him be.
