Yes he replaced everything, went off when he was here, saw that the box didn't blink when remote was used( didn't know it should) thought it was safer to replace everything, basically said that the last engineer lied [ as suggested here) regarding box. And the call centre is a waste of time, he said that virgin were looking to move back to UK, who knows, sorry but my trust in Virgin employees is at an all time low.

the only constant is don't change to360. At least for me, didn't see any advantage.
