Going from Lenovo to Samsung, all you will need to do is make sure you have the same Google Play account logged in to both and it will install any apps that it can.

Then in the Play Store you can see which apps have not been installed and install them manually.

What you will need to do is backup any photos etc you have on the Lenovo Tablet to something like Google Drive, One Drive, Drop Box etc.

There are videos on YouTube on how to do it, including using app's like "Smart Switch" etc.
