Is it an addiction? Maybe, I’ve never thought about it, although addictions aren’t always necessarily a bad or negative thing. All I know is until the day comes that I can no longer lift, I’m going to keep on lifting. I hate missing a session and only do so in the event of injury, illness or needing to be with my kids (in which case I tend to use my son to train - press ups with him sitting on my back
