. You have to remember that 20mph is the
limit not the target so I often drive below 20. It's a useful way of reminding people daily of this Labour policy (which will screw up the economy, cause illness through stress and incite road rage).
Bear in mind that Wales has had a Labour Government for over 20 years - are you sure the Tories are responsible for Welsh woes?
