Our twins are into gaming, so most of the cost went into top-level graphics cards. The missus and I don't play PC games, so the cost of ours dropped by £hundreds by choosing basic graphics cards.

We all opted for SSD to speed up boot times, And I opted for extra RAM as I do a lot of graphics and video work.

Many builders seem to think we are all either SOHO or Gamers, so offer PCs based on those requirements.
