Last time I looked into it, they were doing it on an exchange by exchange basis.

Yes Paul PSTN. Although FTTC is no longer available to new customers Up to 80mb broadband is available via SOGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access) which is a copper line from the cabinet. Still FTTC by another name.

Here's the result for my address for SOGEA (ex FTTC).
