Probably me just being in Mother Hen mode. ... but if you suspect the infection is worsening, and you've not been already given antibiotics don't delay contacting the DR. Passing the stone won't stop any infection and once a UTI get a real hold it definitly needs treating.

We didn't know why my husband was feeling 'off' other than he was running a very high temp. 1 hour later he was being blue lighted to A&E with suspected UTI related sepsis. Not kidney stones, but was confirmed as Sepsis so please don't just wait around too long.
