Bufferbloat on Superhub

Hi all.

I was playing FIFA and I noticed I was lagging a lot. This was odd because my PS5 is wired via ethernet. So I took the cable and did a speed test. I got this result:

High latency right? Apparently this is called 'bufferbloat'. I haven't heard of this before but there is a test you can and it seemed to confirm it:

These tests were conducted with my laptop plugged right into the Superhub directly. The lag is much worse than it is on wi-fi.

I have no idea what I could do to fix this. I have tried different ethernet cables and a reboot of the hub.

any ideas?
