FF on the sky on-demand service is excellent. Better than TiVo as you can see where you are going rather than jumping blind
As for jump back, just press left arrow for 10 secs back.

So skip is not much good don't like skip guessing. Have use that on sky on demand with the 360, so that sounds better, but on balance not an improvement for me
