Only obvious if MI6/MI5 have a list of every ISIS/Daesh member, which is extremely unlikely - you’re trying to make the facts fit your scenario, rather than envisaging scenarios from known facts…
What’s your obsession with "fit young"? - terrorists, unfortunately, can be any age/sex/ethnicity/body shape…
