Re: National Pie Week - What's your favourite?
A local pie maker ( the Pie Collective, Otley) make a smashing family sized Beef Bourguigon pie (Ox Cheek and Skirt mixed with plenty of Root veg, Mushrooms, Shallots and Red Wine), and individual sized slow cooked brisket & pancetta in a dark Yorkshire ale gravy pies.
They’re my favourites.
