Exactly. They’ve also underestimated how aggressive offers from Sky, BT and the new ISP are. I wonder if other Liberty Global companies are imposing annual RFI plus 3.9% on customers or if VM came up with such a terrific wheeze themselves? There’s no mention of their other EU businesses squeezing customers to the benefit of shareholders in the latest LG reporting
