I wasn't able to get them to get rid of the full increase or fix my price till the end of my contract in May 24 so I will have to see what I can renegotiate when the April 2024 price rise is announced.

As long as you are happy

The one I spoke too put herself on the backfoot by ass kissing me about my 23 years custom. All I needed to do was say I want to put my 30 days notice and I ended up getting more than I expected

Well done

April 2024 price rise you can do nothing as they have written it into the terms this year. Due to your contract ending in May though you are ideally placed to put your 30 days in end April get the best deal and only have to worry about 1 April in between which you want them to factor ito the deal
