I agree, VM can change their list prices whenever they want and that has 2 effects
1. It increases the amount they receive from their RPI + 3.9%
2. People think they have secured a good deal as the list price is heavily
discounted.
The down side is VMs (list\discounted) price in relationship to its competitors in the same market place.
