I just did a whats app chat and asked about the price increase even though I hadn't received notification yet. The person I spoke to said that because I took my contract on 27th October 2022 I was not listed on the system for a price increase. They said this 2 times, in different wording but the same meaning.
From what you say, should I be concerned that I might of been fed false information (even if the agent I spoke to thought they was telling the truth)? I don't want to miss out on notification and find my price has increased come april.
