plus they wouldn't budge on £7 even though I have uhd movies, but i can worry about that later
"Thanks for your patience. I did try manually and still the cost is 7pounds the UHD channels are free with your Ultimate Volt package and not charging you so we will not be able to remove that and add UHD with sports and cinema that is the reason its 7pounds."
