142 is left vacant as I understand that E4 HD is on 106 on some sort of lease arrangement, so needs a position to return to should this end.

I think all HD changes this week was down to Virgin wanting the same lineup on all boxes.
I still can't in the hell of me think why Sky has given up three main channel numbers on Virgin this past week (Channels 136 to 138).
Rumour say Virgin selling the 3 slots to the higher bidders.
This week changes is just part one. I feel more EPG changes may follow in the coming months.

BBC are set to close BBC Four by 2025 but base on this week channels changes we may see the following soon in that area:
