It doesn't mean everyone outside Wales is getting a new channel on this multiplex as the BBC did the same on PSB1 (aka BBCA) when they made space for the BBC Scotland channel. It's sat empty everywhere else. |
My Sources has reveal to me that D3&4 was upgraded on January 6th in Scotland.
And London was one of the last areas to be upgraded.
