I had a 30 second powercut last weekend and since then my 5 upstreams have been stuck on QAM16 modulation, rebooting the Hub5 hasn't helped.
So I'm guessing something happened to the network in this area and wondering if the usual VM employee is able to look into it that is on this forum as he seems to get things sorted just like the A-Team.
