I was a 'selected by VM' early adopter who went from a Hub3 to a 5, and now onto a 4. The overall impression I had was it wasn't really fit for purpose at the time, and was being used as a beta tester as it died mysteriously at the 4 month mark that seems to bear out.
I'll care more about wi-fi 6 & 2.5 Gbp port when my broadband actually reaches those speeds (not anytime soon as I'm finding my 200 to be plenty fast enough with a family of 5 and some 60 odd smart connected devices (albeit no 4k ones yet)
