It’s possible Charles may not have been there, they did say, Anne was there. However, we do know that Prince William, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward and his wife, Sophie all arrived well after 3:10PM, thus, didn’t get there in time to say their goodbyes.

It’s possible he will be there, as and when King Charles starts drawing his last breath. If not, if he’s in any of the palaces, they will always have a Royal Standard to hand.
