If the VM EPG is missing or different from that the broadcaster has listed on their own website then you can report it to
tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk
I would suggest that first you check your set top box network settings first -
Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network and see that it's up to date. The set top boxes should successfully reconnect around every 6 hours and repopulate the EPG.
If it hasn't reconnected then click on Connect to Virgin Media service now
