It all changed with barely a hitch.
Connected to wifi and enabled modem mode.
Just rebooted the router after swapping ethernet cables over from my TP link modem to the Virgin hub. Got a Hub 3.0 though
thought it would be a 4 or a 5, but only on 350Mb so might be why.
