Hi All,

Newbie here.

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes...

The email my bills etc. go to is my gmail account.

When trying to log onto VM account it wants the very old blueyonder email.

So the catch 22 is; I cannot access my BL account as I don't know the password. Ergo I cannot login to the VM account.

I have tried the online text talk to no avail and phoning and asking personally, which was an hour call with no progress.

Soooo how do I get VM to change over the account to be my billing email?
