It will have to be someone very good and who can command respect. Racism, sexism, misogyny...'and the like' is so ingrained in the Met police, it will be no mean feat to rid the force of that.

The problem goes way back in history and it was even worse then.
Well it being down to Priti Patel to choose I'm not holding my breath.
