Factually no-one can categorically state that the Pace is equal to or better than the Samsung nor has any one said so. The Samsung is a better box end of story.

4. Aren't you lucky. That is not the typical experience of most NTL customers and I doubt that yours have worked perfectly for four years. I do not question your veracity but your perception.
5. Locking a thread is up to the Team but when you have to delete posts from members off topic and unable to argue against incontrovertible fact the thread is dead in any case.

I have two pace STB's there has been issues with them but we do not live in a perfect world do we? Where everything works 100% of the time. You keep going on with your opinions - which you keep casting off as a facts which you are simply asking for trouble if you think you can just make sweeping statements without justification.
The Samsung STB's might be better but my pace boxes do their job. Having an arguement over which is better reminds me of being back in the school playground.
