I'm bumping the thread 'cos I have exactly the same thing....

I've had my first bill which claimed that ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£16.50 was gonna come out on the 13th December. But they've not set up a direct debit yet.
