What I really don’t understand is why anyone expects Andrew to pay any damages to her. Ok morally he should (if guilty) but keep in mind this is a trial in a yank civil court which has zero jurisdiction in the UK. If this goes to court and the court rules in her favour they may well set damages at £3m but he won’t legally have to pay a penny.
