Baby TV was inherited by Disney via the transfer and purchase of a majority of the 21st Century Fox assets, it's an international feed (hence why it hasn't closed) now broadcast from Spain, the licence was handed back in December 2020, before the Brexit transition period ended. Other reasons why it hasn't closed is because it's not a mainline Disney asset, has a different business model, and in many cases, requires a premium subscription.

The same above for National Geographic and National Geographic Wild, which now broadcasts from Spain since December 2020.

The channels are probably still managed from London, as playout can be managed remotely.
