Sadly many owners (and fans) are wanting instant results and aren't prepared to give time (and money) to a manager in order to create a team of players willing to work with the manager and his tactics towards success.
Some clubs however go the other way, and support a manager with time and money . . but they still fail.
Some weren't impressed with Moyes at one time, I bet WH fans are glad they kept him now
