As tweetiepooh mentioned above, there are DAB car convertors/adaptors that rebroadcast the DAB signal as an FM signal within your car that you set your analogue radio to the frequency of. https://www.halfords.com/technology/.../dab-adaptors/

You can use similar retransmitters, without the DAB tuner, to play MP3 players (or anything with a Line Out) via your old car radio. Other work via Bluetooth.
