To call it wise without more knowledge of costs, etc is unwise. It could be the best decision under the sun or it could be another PPE act-in-haste, repent-at-your-leisure scenario.
An alternative point I've seen expressed is: are we giving into corporate strikers? What would Margaret Thatcher have done?
