Speculative. Hence the world leaders in vaccination rushing out both boosters and teenagers. And here we are. Behavioural scientists not making decisions it's
almost as if it's driven by supply chains than science.
I'm now of the opinion another lockdown is inevitable because of these delays. Showing a bit of paper to get into a pub will seem dreamy.
