exactly, that is what it should beat at the very least. If they wanted to be flashy and shout about it and put the other isps to shame it would be 200mbits up (using docsis 3.1). They have missed an opportunity to be the first isp to reach 1gbit and do it with a bang and say "look how awesome we are" (which they clearly aren't
