Well, apart from
Article 7 of the Northern Ireland Protocol which states that goods placed on the market in Northern Ireland are covered by articles 34 and 36 of the Treaty for the Functioning of the European Union (Lisbon Treaty) These are the Single Market clauses.
Basically, goods entering Northern Ireland are entering the EU Single Market and are therefore covered by those rules.
