I wouldn't be too confident of that. One scam is to modify small cards so they appear larger to the device - until you try to fill them.

I once bought a fake Sandisk card from Amazon (not Marketplace, proper Amazon). They quickly refunded me and were very apologetic, but it just shows you aren't safe anywhere.
