Hi,

I've had five outages on my Virgin broadband in seven days. Restarting the hub does not fix them. They typically last 10-20 minutes. Four of them in the afternoon between 1pm and 3pm, one in the evening. Frimley area (Surrey/Hants borders)

No outages reported by Virgin service status. I called their contact centre. They scanned by Superhub and said all was ok. I was told there is a "known network impairment" in the area. No information about what is meant by network impairment, or if/when it will be fixed.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
