I'm quite surprised that we haven't stopped exports of COVID vaccine to be honest. We have a big old list of drugs that can't be exported (see
here) including vaccines for Hepatitis B,
Pneumococcus and Influenza but not COVID.
I'm guessing reciprocal export bans including the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine would happen which wouldn't be ideal.
