I phoned today about the 360 setup, forgot my password(prity sure I didn't but!) So getting new one in the post.

Sorry back to my point. The guy who sounded like he knew what he was talking about said. "If it's the 360 update with your box it will keep recordings and obvs not it it's a new box.

Can anyone confirm this before I get password fixed and spin the whole way around ��
