I certainly don’t think it’s sad. While there are flash sites I used to love, I haven’t logged on to them in years, and, tbh, can barely remember them.

I don’t have the flash player installed on my home pc. I did have it on my laptop (as part of home schooling my nephew needed to access a flash site) and computers at work, where it was, until this year, deployed by default as some of our internal systems required it.

In short, it was a good technology, but it’s time has passed, IMO.
